Shipping times and costs 

Packages are sent within 10 days of receiving payment  and shipped via courier, with tracked shipping. 

Shipping costs include handling and packaging charges and postage costs. Management costs are fixed, while transport costs vary depending on the total weight of the shipment. We recommend grouping your items into one order. We are unable to group two separate orders, therefore if you place 2 separate orders the shipping costs will be charged for each of them.

Returns 

In compliance with the provisions of art. 5 Legislative Decree. 22.5.99 n. 185, consumers have the right to withdraw from the purchase, without penalty or obligation to give reasons, within 10 working days from the date of receipt of the purchased products.

The notice of withdrawal can be expressed by registered letter with return receipt. directly to the company address. Communication can also take place in advance via e-mail, as long as it is confirmed by registered mail. within the following 48 hours. We remind you to indicate precisely the list of products you intend to return. 

The return is at the customer’s expense. The products must be returned sealed in the packaging, intact, and must not have been deprived, even partially, of the original packaging.

Under no circumstances will Charlyto accept return shipments freight collect or cash on delivery, as shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Charlyto, after having checked the integrity of the goods, will return the price of the product to the customer, excluding shipping costs, no later than 30 days from the moment the goods were returned.

Charlyto is not responsible for any damage to the products occurring during shipping or return. If the company receives returned items damaged or tampered with, it will not refund the amount paid for the purchase of the products.
